This landscape took me more than 6 months to complete. This was one of those paintings that dragged on for quite some time and even lost my interest to complete this half way between. It was the flow of water and the rainbow that attracted me to the painting initially but I wasn't doing too well with the trees. I finally did finish it - Oil on wooden board.

I love the colors on this one, they make u feel like it's a creek in the heart of a thick jungle. It's bright daylight in the outside world, but not so around the creek with all those canopies blocking the sun.
