I sketched this parrot after watching an Eddie Murphy movie that had a scene of a little kid with a colorful parrot that spoke. I had 2 green parrots growing up and it was a wonderful experience. I have not been able to locate the paintings that I did of my parrot in his various moods, so I wanted to do another one again (after all these years) and this is the result. I brought in the 4B along with the usual 2HB, 6B and HB pencils.
